Drivers

THE JOB (What You'll Actually Do):
Average 3,500-4,000 miles per week. Be early to pick up loads. Be early to delivery. Answer when dispatch calls. Don't hit things. That's it. That's the job.

THE MONEY (Real Numbers from Real Drivers):
- Odometer Miles.
- No Load from us you still get paid for waiting overnight
- Extra pick and drops paid
- Paid for Inconveniences stops, etc.
Bottom Line: Expect $3000+ paychecks Bi-weekly

THE CATCHES (Read This Twice):
- Miss standards = Lose freedoms.
- Yes, we know the routes are tight.
- Yes, we run nights occasionally.
- Yes, if the road is open in the winter, we run.
- No, we don't care about your excuses.
Bottom Line: Weak performers make their teammates pick up their slack. We don't like weak performers. 

THE EQUIPMENT:
2023 or newer Volvo's, 70 MPH governed (not 65 like most). No shutdown timers. No nonsense.

WHO SHOULDN'T APPLY:
- If you can't communicate.
- "It's not my fault" is your favorite phrase.
- Your truck smells like something died in it. 
- You think 3,000 miles is a lot in one week.
- Require constant supervision.
- Think -10F means you can't drive today.
